Decision Theory: Managing Pragmatically is a great read for anyone at any level of corporate management; it’s surprisingly conversational and direct, and offers plenty of real life case study and insight. Yes, it’s a college text (thus the price point. Apparently text books are expensive. Who knew?), but it translates neatly in real world application. And, my old man wrote it. Buy several copies. Give them out as gifts. Buy some more.
